01 / THE CORE
GEOMETRY, ENGINEERED.
Spydercore is a hexagonal structure in aluminum or fiberglass. The strongest shape in nature, turned into a structural core that carries the stone at a fraction of the weight.
02 / THE BOND
STONE MEETS SPYDER CORE.
The stone is bonded between two layers of Spyder core with structural adhesive. Together they become a single engineered panel.
03 / THE PERFORMANCE
MACHINES BUILT FOR THE PROCESS.
Hercules presses the bonded stack while the adhesive cures. Spyder then splits it with diamond wire. The result is two lighter, reinforced stone panels.

HOW SPYDERCORE WORKS
THREE STEPS. ONE SYSTEM.
01 — REINFORCE
Reinforce
Honeycomb is applied to both faces of the slab.
02 — BOND
Bond
Hercules presses and bonds the layers into one sandwich.
03 — SPLIT
Split
The Spyder splits the slab down the middle: two stone surfaces, each with its honeycomb.
